How do I speedshot?

I can't speedshot, can someone tell me the secret trick to speedshot?

Aim at your feet and fire at the same time as your feet touch the ground, while continuing to hold crouch.  If you're moving faster, you'll have to fire slightly before hitting so that your rocket hits when you do.
