arena map jumping

Hey guys

Was thinking of goofing around and trying to (hopefully) do some trickjumps on an arena map. There's a slight problem, however. It doesn't allow me to join a team. I press my switch team bind (.) and the server/client doesn't generate a response. I've tried mp_tournament 1, but to now avail. I just want to jump, alone on a self-made server running an arena map. Anyone got the console commands to do so?

bot_add in console, then you should be able to join a team after the game restarts.
