US East server migration (completed)

We are currently moving the East servers to a new machine that will hopefully resolve the lag issues they've been experiencing.

The transfer should be complete in 60 minutes at most, though it'll probably be done much sooner.

EDIT: The move is now finished. The new IP for Beginners East is 74.91.122.222:27025 . East Advanced IP remains unchanged.
