UPS Speedometer

When speedrunning other Source games, there is often a speedometer added to the GUI through some sort of mod. I could use "cl_showpos" in the console, but it's very small and off in the corner of the screen. If there was a speedometer showing speed in Units Per Second (UPS) in the GUI, I would really like that. If this is possible to do, I also would like to know if it is possible to make the speedometer ONLY count horizontal units; I could care less about how fast I am falling.

if youre on tempus type !speedo (a lot of other jump servers have these too)

if youre offline open the console and type cl_showpos (i guess you know this)
I am not sure how to make it bigger, but tempus has a plugin for it. I am surea it's possible to download it for youself, but I don't actually know where to find it.

you can edit cl_showpos in the hud  to be bigger but I don't know how. Otherwise, you can use clientside sourcemod and I'm sure rob will give you the speedo plugin when asked.

I made a simple sourcemod speedo a while ago. I don't remember if it does only horizontal or combined or whatever. Doesn't really help the cl_showpos problem but it's it's an alternative I guess.

Sort of a total noob to this sort of thing. How would I install this?
