I've made a TAS,

. But I need a program for basic editing like cutting out some things and adding music. Do anyone know something I could use?

Windows Live Movie Maker is the most basic and easy to use (sometimes annoying to cut clips...) software for amateur video editing. Also it's free.

Davinci Resolve recently got some pretty neat video editing features
