It's almost the most charitable time of the jumping calendar once again, which means another Soldier mapping collaboration!!!


Details:

Deadline is July the 7th!

Theme is snow/arctic.
Jumps should be in the range of t3 - low t4 and have intuitive jump techniques.
Please have clear start and end sections for your jump so I don't have to carve your jump with my transition.
Put your name on your jump because I won't do it.
Time to complete and physical size are inversely proportional with the likelihood of your jump being accepted.
Submit as many quality jumps are you like, bonuses are welcome. Be aware that some jumps may not be accepted in order to include as many people from the community as possible.

I want at least 15-20 jumps and I will update this thread as jumps are accepted.

Template (skybox, lighting)

Submit your vmf, bsp and any custom content via Steam, Discord (scotch#4099) or PM on this forum.


Feel free to post name suggestions in this thread, I may also need help with creating the spawn/cap areas so feel free to volunteer.

Is there a specific skybox texture you'd like us to use or will you do that stuff for us?

I think I'm retarded, I can only find sky_morningsnow_01bk and other endings (dn, ft, lf, rt, and up). Which one do I use, or am I missing something?

Skybox textures are mapped onto a cube, so there are 6 parts (down, front, left, right, up, back), you simply found the textures. To apply the skybox to your map though you need to go into map properties and where it says skybox texture name and put sky_morningsnow_01.
