Teacher shortage? (EU)

I used to play on this server regularly a couple years ago. I returned recently and it seems there are no teachers around anymore? Two users called "Unu novus deus" and "Kibblekip" (if I recall correctly), were really helpful and knowledgeable, and were around to help seemingly everyday. Perhaps I'm misinformed, but new players only receive advice from other regular players these days, even if the helpers can only give low-quality advice themselves.

Are the current staff full of loiter-sacks? I need help refining my rocketjumping but nobody of sufficient calibre is online... I was upset to hear Unu was permabanned earlier today so that just leaves me with Kibble, and god knows where they went.

I mean either EU server; I just go to whichever has more players at the time (which is usually EU I).

Oh the academy map. also sorry for being nosy, but is there a particular reason Unu was permabanned? I mean it seems so sudden and out of place for an outsider; out of the staff he was generally the most helpful and also the most experienced.

Hmm alrighty; I admit I spoke to Unu and didn't want to partake in a victim narrative, but isn't a ban a bit excessive when maybe just a demotion was in order? Oh well, good luck hiring new staff if be. I suppose there are more fish in the water.

We tried demotions of various degrees and temporary bans but his behaviour persisted. We gave him more than five chances to change but each one only fueled his fire more.
