spaghetti and beef twice a day, obviously, you can't go wrong with that. Can add some onion or turnip if you're into those.
banane and orange are okay but don't take too much, it gets old really quickly.
I'd highly recommend carrot and pickles, might have to force yourself at first but trust me it's worth the effort.
Can treat yourself with junk sometimes but keep it under control.

Good luck :)

u can also start the day off with oats.
blueberry and grape are good too.
end the day with a medium rare steak, with some broccoli, and a vanilla muffin topped with ice cream for dessert.
have a good crunch :^)

Your jump ability will rapidly increase by following this short 27 step guide

1. Don't buy any food you can't already find in your home
2. Cook your own food, and save any leftovers in the fridge to be eaten later
3. Once you've gained confidence, experiment and come up with your own recipes
4. Learn to cook your own food
5. If you can't cook your own food, you will never get good at jumping
6. Before starting to plan your cooking sessions, spend time practicing cooking with impromptu sessions
7. Find out the best way to get quality ingredients at affordable prices in your area
8. Buy quality vegan ready-made meals
9. Starting with small amounts, 1kg of ground beef, 500g of pasta and 500g of rice
10. Once you have all the ingredients at hand, carefully chop them up. Put them into separate mixing bowls (preferably a Pyrex dish). It is important to freeze them for as long as possible. (That is enough food for about five months.)
11. Keep the mixing bowls in the freezer for up to 4 hours.
12. Defrost each separately in oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
13. Boil the rice with the pasta
14. Keep the boiling water on simmer for a minimum of 1 hour
15. Pour boiling water on the mincemeat
16. Sprinkle dried garlic
17. Mix with egg white
18. Let simmer with lid on for one minute
20. Cook shredded cheese in microwave at full power until crispy.
