Momentum Mod Test Build Release

For those of you not keeping up with Momentum Mod, the project recently received a source engine license and as a result will no longer be open source. With this change, the final open source version of Momentum Mod is being made available for anyone to download themselves. In other words, if you do not have a steam key you can try out Momentum Mod by downloading it here:
