Blocked from joining

Hello I am fairly new to most community servers and when i try to  join all the servers block me saying my IP address was found in the vpn/proxy blocklist. Here's the thing i am not using a vpn. thank you in advance

Looks like this was posted in the wrong subforum.  This sounds like an issue with Jump Academy servers, so I will move the thread over to there.

You also have not provided any information about what Steam account you are requesting to add to the whitelist, as you have not linked your forum account with Steam, and your forum username does not match anyone in the logs for players recently blocked from joining the servers so we cannot find or help you until you tell us.

I think asking a little later if they were asking in the right place and trying to offer more info would've fixed the problem significantly faster.  Also, AI asked for more info and they seem to have not given it, so I'd say it hasn't worked.
