jump_triplepre done with double pres

Don't know if this has been done before, but now it's documented to serve as a proof that double pres are, in fact, Turing complete.

actually did this before, that 3 rings level hardest jump with double pre tbh. and for b 3 u can probably just stand far back and do a double pre maybe? instead of tick triple cuz he didnt anticheat that part iirc
