I'm looking for a regen script, can anyone link one to me?

You can find Jamien's regen script on the old forum backup page here, including a modified version I made in the 13th post of that same thread.

Another popular/easy way of doing "regen" is to just modify a key or mouse button you press often, and adding "impulse 101" to it, like:

bind mouse1 "+attack; impulse 101"
