The origins of many entities are way out off the map bounds. Mark the entire map, right click, then press Center Origins to fix this. Then there is a trigger_teleport outside of the map that is causing a leak. Compile the map, then press the Map tab in the top left, then Load Pointfile. This will draw a red line pointing to any leaks in the map. When you find the leaking entity, remove it or place it inside of the map. You can then go back into the Map tab and press Unload Pointfile. The map should now compile.
