So i'm trying to make a water ramp, and i made a nodraw block in a hollowed out textured one. On top of the nodraw i textured it with a water texture. When i go underwater i see everthing perfectly like it should be but when im on top of the water i can watch through some parts of the hollowed out block. I have no idea what's causing this and i could use some help please :)

Uh... Just make a textured box, put water in it, put a ramp at the end?

You might just want to decompile some jump maps to figure out stuff like this.

This use to happen to me, either try using cheap water instead of expensive, or try downloading custom water files from tf2maps.com

No, i hollowed out the block holding the water because it faster to make it that way.

Make sure your map is not leaking. That usually casues things like this.
