TF2 Jump Mod Plugin

I've been looking for a while to add a jump mod plugin to my server, however i've had no luck in finding one that works well. I'm looking for one that has health/ammo regen, teleports, and all the normal stuff, easily accessable in the chat (e.g, !s or !t). I also would like a timer in the mod, so I can time speed runs and things like that, however I have found no mod that has all these things. "Jump Mode" (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=671355), although is outdated, has an updated version, however that did not work for me, and "JumpBig" (http://www.tf2jump.com/tf2jumpforums/forums.tf2jump.com/index.php/topic,2409.0.html) seems to be the perfect mod, however the download links don't work any more. I was hoping that someone could tell me where I can get access to a mod exactly like JumpBig, with working downloads, and a step by step guide on how to install it, as I'm a little unsure about that as well. The plugin has a timer but it's nothing too fancy. You'll need to make sure that you have a database set up and after that just read through my last couple posts on the thread and that should be enough to get you up and running.  Let me know if you have any issues!
