i should said painmark instead of hurt trigger 
when ya use cl_showhud 0, it disable the painmarks too
how to enable painmark only??

when ya use cl_showhud 0, it disable the painmarks too
how to enable painmark only?? 

Use lawena to record it and select  the "killnotices only" hud.
Use google to find out how to use lawena, there are several guides around.

At what fps did you record? Choose 60fps, that will decreased the space it takes up by a lot. Also, after you're done with the video, you will get all your diskspace back if you delete the segments.
And if your disk is still too small, Fraps I guess.
