I got banned a couple years ago for "cheats" on a rocket jumping server. Why?

JoinedSenses perma banned me for "cheats" on a rocket jumping server. I need an explanation and fast. I friended him and I am waiting for him to accept. As I am trying to apply for things I am being asked to explain this. I only have 92 hours and this ban was in 2015. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

170 hours, wtf. You litterally had tf2 open for half of the time.

Typically if you want these things resolved you should contact them in days not years....

If you can't provide an explanation for why you were banned I doubt Joined will remember either.
