Sorry there isn't much available for public use, and he only things we use sourcemod for is small things like removing round timers, blocking weapons etc.

Rest of the noticeable Tempus stuff is a private Source Python plugin

Even the stuff like the faster health regen for demo, and the rockets going through friendlies? I don't really care about the other features because there are alternatives, but I cant find anything similar to these 2 seemingly simple but useful things.

I believe there is a cvar to fix rockets exploding on teammates but I don't remember it
