Reverse rank wipe?

I wiped recently and noticed there was a "reverse wipe" option.... but it doesn't do anything.Why??

It was disabled because it put too much stress on the plugin or something and they didn't want people wiping back and forth,  if you want a reverse wipe you have to ask an admin.
