After talking with other admins I'm reinstating the ban because the explanations were not convincing enough and apparently I was being too nice.
I have also received numerous reports and evidence from multiple separate users that Mireal is working with Toss and another person who set up the proxy for him to allow him to circumvent the IP ban.
I am also banning Toss for working with MichaelBB/Mireal in order to lie to admins and assist a ban evasion.
Going forward, we will not be revoking any bans unless hard, cold evidence is found (and not by other users). We will also ban anyone found to be assisting in circumventing other bans from this point forward.
