Now I don't literally mean anyone but as I was on the West dedicated server yesterday I noticed a problem, there were no teachers. I think that the problem with granting someone teacher is that once they have it they don't have much of an incentive to keep teaching as they have no requirements to do so. Another problem is that just because someone can pass all of the requirements to become a teacher it doesn't mean that they actually plan on doing any teaching once they have the rank. I myself helped 3 people for over an hour the other day and didn't see one teacher on the server the entire time, and this isn't even close the a rare occurance. The issue is a lot of people can't meet the requirements to become a teacher but help others as much as they can while being able to complete much of the map or just completing it over the time limit. So the solution I would like to propose is offering a position like Honorary Teacher much like an honorary degree and would grant things like no clip and much of the tools that the teachers have access to in order to make things easier. just a thought from my observations, thanks for reading.
