History of Rocket Jumping?

Does anyone know if there are any resources that talk about the history of rocket jumping in depth? The closest thing I could find was the Wikipedia entry on it (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocket_jumping), but I was hoping for something a little more in depth.
