Are your windows skybox? You'll need to block potential render with hints, or cut off vis completely. Also if you can see part of a face, you'll see all of the face through a skybox too.

you have to either add a skybox to the outside of the brush thats visible so that nodraw isnt applied, or use hints / skips to hide that part of the map

physically it doesn't really make sense to do the latter though... if you care about that kind of thing
