You shouldn't be able to kill yourself with the equalizer or escape plan. It's infuriating to unintentionally send yourself back to the start of a map you just spent an hour and a half getting to the last stage of, just because you taunted with the wrong weapon. Please disable the weapon or at least make the taunt do nothing.
