Does water still boost the power of rocket jumps if it is on the ceiling? For example, is it possible to make water roofshot?

Just tried it with a couple of heights and the water had no effect what so ever.

Does it have any effect if it is horizontal? Like a water wall?

Thanks for the response, but I was wondering if you get the boost from the water, rather than its use for stopping the player while falling

Not sure, but you could always just load up jump sync and test it for yourself.
