jump.tf rocket launcher skin

Valve moved a bunch of files around with the Gun Mettle update and I couldn't find any working skins anymore so I made my own!

Here's what it looks like:

All you need to do is throw the vpk in your custom folder and it should work!

I honestly expected something more than 'jump.tf' wrote on the side of the launcher x)

Anyway good idea
