Well, there is no regen on the beginnning of 12.
But, why not cover everything? With maps like this, where you can stand on evey little thing, it's handy if there is regen+triggerhurt everywhere.  And with unlucky I mean, you get regen, fuck up right away and start again, but didnt get regen because you failed/started too soon so you run out of rockets.
Seriously, just cover everything, how hard is it.

Probably not hard, but just not needed.  And I don't know if that would fix the "unlucky regen" thing or not.  I don't know if respawning inside the same regen block resets the time it takes for regen to trigger. 

Alot of other maps have this issue too btw.

It was a fun map as a whole, I enjoyed very much.
But only one thing on #15, please lower the last trigger_teleport for not to touch when standing on the edge.

Very cool map! The jumps were very fun.  :D
I think all improvements are already noted.
