Hello, everyone.
So basically, I wanted to use a prop that shows up in a Meet the Team video. I searched in the common\SourceFilmmaker folder to get it. I found it quickly enough w/ all the files that goes with him (.mdl, .vtf, .vmf and some others). I putted them in my \common\Team Fortress 2\tf folder (respecting the way they were in the SFM folder, regarding models and materials folders). But in hammer, the texture is missing (the model is working).
I checked the vtf file to get the right direction folder but nothing happened. I still got that shitty black and rose thing that nobody likes.
If anyone has an idea, that would be gr8.
