Medium Difficulty Maps Server EU

Is there any plans for a server that runs exclusively t3-4 maps to be created for EU?
As it is with only 2 EU servers, the advanced server often varies from the most difficult t6 map to an easy t3 map.
This makes it frustrating at times for both experienced and newer jumpers.
I understand that the main issue here is finding someone to host it, but I'm sure someone would be willing.
I think the addition of a third server would benefit all EU players, as the beginner server could run maps that are t1-2, the medium server t3-4, and the advanced t5-t6.
