IRC and Regen on AU Adv

Pretty much the title, irc doesn't work on adv but does on beg, and server doesn't give regen properly on abuq c3 and baqu c4 as demo, maybe on some others too but those are the ones I found.

You don't even need the regen on abuq c3 btw. You can triple prefire the big jump and make it. Everything else isn't even hard with the default regen tbh.

When the server says +regen you should still be getting it though ya know.

Issue was with demo regen on any map that we gave +regen. Should be resolved now.

IRC is down on Aus Advanced and US West Advanced as they are on a different version of tempus, we're kind of in the middle of migrating all the servers so will hopefully get IRC all back running soon
