Can't connect to server after daily restart

This has been happening to a lot of people lately including me. After the server's daily restart at around midnight EST, if you try to connect to the server as soon as it shows back up in the server browser, you'll get a connection error "Connection failed after 4 retries". Restarting TF2 or Steam doesn't solve the problem. I have to reboot computer when that happened, I don't know if it's the only fix tho.

I know this happens in Advanced NA east and west server, probably beginners too but I'm not 100% sure, and I don't know for EU, AU or asia.

It only happens if you connect very quickly after restart, if you wait like 5 min you're ok.

RTV to run a map, server restarts, you cant join the server with your map, someone joins while you have to wait, they rtv off, you finally get in and can't play the map you were trying to run because it was recently played. ):

Yep it's an issue on our side with it retaining old connection details or something for 3 minutes. We're working on a fix
