reworked version to make it completly multiplayer proof. Previous worked but had the issue of people being able to use other player's rocket, this one fix all that and also makes the gimmick more consistent.

Its the same version as on tempus, the reason why this one is _v11 and tempus is _v10 is because I added 1 filter on 1 teleport on tempus through stripper code. I recompiled with the filter added in the map so other servers don't need to use a stripper code.
