The title wasn't long enough for me to also ask: what are your guys' favorite jumps [from pre-existing maps]?

I'm mainly asking this question for mappers.

There's not any I specifically like, I think all jumps are cool if done right :)

decently spaced speedshot jumps that don't want to make me rip out my own hair because of how STUPID it is

Are you asking for responses mainly from mappers?  Or responses from anyone mainly for the benefit of mappers?

I kinda have 2 categories:

Stuff that's unique. Sure you can call it gimmicks, but it gets boring if every map is just redoing whats already been done.

Jumps with fast free flowing stuff: whether its easy (i.e. chained together -> can also get hard if its lots of chained stuff) or its a big payoff for say nailing a speedshot/edgeshot/sync etc.

Dislike: any button jump that demoman can't avoid/skip. Use the class filter, don't be a button asshole.

hard + creative + fun = good maps

hard + luck based + creative = bad maps

short concise airpogo with height changes and direction changes, if a map is going to be intended for speedrunning dont make it convoluted and overly difficult just because you can, save that for a bonus

i just love maps that flow smoothly and aren't unnecessarily difficult or luck-based. having stages all be connected by corridors rather than teles is a plus.
as for jumps i don't think it matters that much so long as they're clean and straightforward.
