I've been jumping for a while, and I can comfortably jump through maps like jump_jurf, jump_4starters A-D, jump_sithood (minus a couple jumps), etc. But I've been trying to really improve my jumping so I could run maps  like jump_legion or jump_underground, but I seem to have stagnated in my improvement \. How do I cross from intermediate jumping into advanced jumping?

Grind hard maps, try speedrunning easier maps to develop consistency, and change your interp from default if you haven't already. Spectating good jumpers also helps, but in the end all it comes down to is putting in the hours. Reducing those hours to the minimum depends on your ability to notice what you're doing wrong and fixing it.

The top of the top jumpers usually have over 1-2 thousand hours of just strictly jumping, if not, more. It takes a tooooon of time, and that's really all there is to it. I can't stress this enough. This is why a lot of people get burned out from jumping easily, because they think they can be amazing in just a few hundred hours. It is about getting a feel for the mechanics of the game, and that takes a ton of time and fine tuning yourself to make precise decisions while under pressure quickly. It takes a specific type of person to find joy in jumping, and it isn't for everyone (most people).
