There's a new plugin over at Alliedmods that allows players to toggle showing trigger brushes for themselves but not others.  I gave it a test and it works well on jump maps too.

You could always ask Rob for the speedo plugin. It's written in sourcemod. He gave it to me a while back but i lost it
