Looking for easiest demo jump maps

So I know a lot how to soldier rocket jump, I completed a lot of maps, probably spent like 100 hours of my playtime jumping, so I am NOT beginner in that.

I wanna learn demo jumping and I'm bad in it, is there something similar like jump_beef or jump_academy but for demo?

I found jump_speed to be good for learning how to pogo.

jump_steak is the the demo version of beef, it's  pretty easy and has 4 courses. The good thing about demo jumping though is that you don't really need any specific jump maps to learn it, just find an open area, have regen on, and you can learn most of the basic demo skills fairly easily.

You might not be able to do all of it, but sketchy is pretty fun to play as demo. I played it quite a bit trying to figure out pogoing and catching and stuff.

why must we categorize every map as either soldier or demo? We have already learned that every map is a soldier map, not once, not twice, but THREE times. Who has the right to say if a map is soldier or demo? I, for one, will not STAND FOR THIS.

just use the maps above and just practice - honestly there aren't many good demo jumping tutorials out there, you just need to figure out how to maximize everything and do it the best
