So can I use speedo or not? Bcheck is essentially allowed because you cannot tell if someone just went on tempus and found all the bounce/bhop strats and then used them in their run. So saying I can't use speedo because no plugins are allowed is not exactly a fair argument. Also, this is literally the only time of the entire year speedo is not allowed. I can get tempus wrs with it and I can get rotws with it but I cannot use it during this just because it's a plugin? If you were going to delay a whole competition for one jumper I do not see why you can't give one jumper a slightly different version of showpos.

speedo isn't allowed because it's a server-side plugin that gives an inherent advantage to those who use it (only displays horizontal speed) vs. showpos which gives both combined (harder to deduce horizontal speed). bcheck isn't allowed in a sense of using it during a run but if you went on tempus to find out possible bounces we can't really stop you from doing that. tempus allows speedo for all runs so no one is getting an inherent advantage (rotws allow server runs as well). bouncetools is definitely not allowed

however due to voting by the community we will allow speedo to be used in this competition all other plugins are still not allowed.

It's not anyones fault, the decision should have been made before the competition started. Changing the rules during the competition due to a community vote was a bad choice, but it was a choice nonetheless. Just accept the decision and move on.

I agree. I use speedo on tempus when im trying to airpogo because im shit at it, it helps a TON.
If any plugin should be allowed it's the rampfix one

the difference between bcheck and speedo is that speedo helps you in realtime whereas checking for bounces can be done beforehand (and can be done without using the bcheck plugin anyways)

plugins like bouncetools which assist you in realtime are banned and should stay that way
