Round 2 huh? Alright. Lets think about what is happening here in more general terms.
We have some maps that are harder/less fun than normal. They are made well enough to meet standards and are made by jumpers who, at least in naught's case, was willing and wanted to play through their own map. So why do some people not want maps like this added to tempus, i.e. a set of servers connected with a speedrun plugin that records world records, run times, and completions?
How I see it is that there are two kinds. The first is one who realizes that the map will be played, at least for a short while after it is released, on a lot of the servers and does not want to have a server taken up with the map when it can be used with a more fun and noob-friendly map. The other is one who is afraid of the map being added because they like tempus points/completion, they don't want to play the map but they know that not doing so will just give other jumpers who will play the map more points.
In the end there are two culprits: the amount of servers and points. Having an infinite amount of servers will mean that no one cares what map is being played on what server (ideally). I think that with the increased amount of servers as of pretty recently, we can add these maps and people will still be able to find a server with maps they like. But the issue with points is much harder to fix, it has become ingrained in the community and cannot be removed, heck I don't even want it to. But I strongly think points should not get in the way of jumps and maps outside of our comfort zone, and certainly not in the way of adding standard-meeting maps by our own community members.
I'm just a guy with an opinion, I could be wrong and talking about stuff I don't understand, but that's what we all are.
