Note to anyone currently using mastercomfig - You might have -nohltv in your launch options, which will entirely disable local STV recording. Be sure to remove that from your launch options and restart before you run offline if you want it to work.

dont get me wrong, i appreciate the effort that was put into the map, but psionic is really hard to look at, the flashing multicolored textures start hurting my eyes after a few minutes and its hard to tell where your stickies are
