im having second thoughts about the texturing scheme for the nostick texture, i understand it can be a bit restrictive for detailing.
would people prefer it to be an overlaying transparent texture such as:

200's forcefield
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

or

some sort of glass
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

or just leave it as is?

changing it would mean you can texture the brush underneath as almost anything.
i think the current texture is fine for the most part, but if this is something a lot of people want ill change it.

func_door or func_brush make stickies not stick iirc. or you could do one of those physbox_multiplayer  thingies (idk if thats what they're called) and an illusionary barrier texture

func_clip_vphysics makes non-stick walls, but are generally very bouncy
func_brush makes non-stick walls that aren't bouncy, however can wallbug. Overlay a func_brush with a playerclip and it won't wallbug anymore.
Remember these are brush entities, so they don't seal maps

Using func_physbox_multiplayer with motion disabled checked and Damaging it Doesn't Push It set to yes will get rid of all the bugs of func_brush while still bouncing the same, you need a playerclip overlaid with it as well though.

alrighty, the download has been updated once again, adding in 200s forcefield as an overlay for nostick entities

feel free to use any of the forcefield textures scaled to 0.5 as well as any clearly visible glass texture (as an overlay!) to represent nostick ents. i decided to use both as the animated textures can be visually jarring across a large surface

if you have already submitted, and i accepted your jump, i will change the texturing for you

Do you still need any jumps? I have like 3 months off school so if you need a spare I can quickly make one

everyone is welcome to submit a jump and there have been 5 accepted submissions so far, so still plenty of room to get a jump in

For some reason the forcefield hex textures aren't loading in, and I don't know why. My other custom textures work, and it's just acting up for the hex ones. Any solutions?

if the file path is correct. seems like you put the textures in a folder that doesnt match with the one declared in the vmt. id just remove them from that folder and drag&drop the materials folder from the force_field.zip into your tf folder
