Broken Compiling

So my latest compile didn't work, it displayed an error message saying "The system could not find the file specified". I've now been trying to fix this for hours and I've seen all the "solutions" on google... There are no leaks, nothing is poking out of the map etc... But now when I go back to old versions and compile it looks like it works, but the game won't load the new compiled version, just an old one from the same save.
Here's the log from the error message compile. Any advice appreciated.

This is a really useful tool that will detect most errors in your compile log. It's saying that you have missing materials, a leak, and are using an invalid water texture.

It also looks like you have too many brushes in your map "Too many unique verts, max = 65536 (map has too much brush geometry)"

Some or all of these are stopping vbsp from completing, which means no bsp file is created, so vvis and vrad have nothing to work on and there is no file to copy, which is causing "The system could not find the file specified" error.

Thanks, I've tried fixing all of this and it still won't work... Guess hammer's just broken my map.

Yea this happens from time to time. I think from what I can remember having something outside the grid (origin, brush, etc) or an invalid solid will cause this error. If selecting everything and putting it into a new map doesn't help... I would try to just delete some weird shapes you made.

See if disabling some visgroups and recompiling will help narrow down what is causing the issue (i.e. turning off displacements)

Thanks for all the help. Removed some stuff textured as glass/glasswindow070c and the map will now compile at least for now. If I deliberately make a leak though I still get that error message and the map won't compile, but before all this stuff occurred, if there was a leak the map would still compile however looking at water would just make the screen blurry. Anyone know what's going on? or is it just something I have to deal with now?

if you have a leak it messes up how water looks. not sure why it won't compile, unless you have -leaktest on, in which case it automatically stops vbsp so you can fix the leak.

in any case it's good practice to not compile with leaks

If there's a critical error in the vbsp process, such as breaking an engine limit, the file won't generate
