Air strike help

I'm new to rocket jumping, and can do some single basic jumps, but was wondering if anyone had some helpful advice or recommendations when rocket jumping with the airstrike (or just general adivce when starting to learn how to rocket jump), i.e. positioning, movement, key placement/use etc.

Would appreciate any help that anyone can give.

you can try jump_strike and jump_lotus for maps based around airstrike but there are no real tips, you just figure out how it works the more you do it
