This is actually really interesting - I am 27 ranks higher on soldier and 83 ranks higher on demo than I am currently on tempus. What's strange about this is that whilst I do have a lot of soldier tt's, I think I only have 1 demo tt and it's like 9th on a T4 map or something, so not really very many points. However I am sure that I have quite a few sub rank 20 times - this makes me think that it actually gives decent points for times outside the top ten?
I believe that there will be course / bonus runs eventually, so they probably will give points. The point on offclass is correct though, they will not give ranked points.
If I've understood this right, this places more emphasis on speedrun times, and less on actually just completing the map. It also eliminates hardcore wallpogo mains. Another interesting thing is that if you'd asked me to rank myself against other soldier jumpers in terms of skill alone, I would have put myself around rank 20-30, and on this list I'm 25.
