Alright, so this is a weird one.
I had started making a map quite a while ago, and although it was almost finished, hammer has killed it with bugs, making any further work impossible.
So I have decided to release the older unfinished testing version that has all of the jumps and basic lighting, since I think a lot of these jumps are very different and people would want to play with them.
This map is very strange and is made of jumps you have likely never seen before, because of that it will be pretty hardSo I decided to post an index of the jumps so people can better understand them.
EZ Course:- Right wall to slide
- Upward skip
- Downward skips
- Rightwall slide
- Speedpogo to pogo (Stopping over the small platform
- Manual pogo*
- Huge slide
- Double sync to speedshot to slideshot
- Slide course
- Manual pogo* course
- Rightwall>skip>doublecatch>speedwallpogo>speedshot>wallclimb (you can cheat this one a bit)
Hard Course:- Double sync off the slope
- Speedpogo to pogo x2
- Rightwall while avoiding the platforms into speedpogo
- Manual pogo* course (haha lolparty)
- Upwards wallbug** wall
- Downwards wallbug** wall
- Distance speedpogo to standing bounce
- Speedpogo to low double
- Double to ceiling-crouch-spam
- Double sync on ramp before edgebug x2
- Skip to super high speedshot to edgebug or sync
- Small rightwall to wallpogo to alternating downward wallbugs
I would love to see a video made of someone beating this map, since I think a lot of the jumps are hard to understand if you don't know how it works
* = Manual pogo is something I found while playing around with map ideas, not sure if it has another name, but basically instead of holding fire while in pogo, you fire manually, changing the timing makes you pogo lower or higher depending on how you do it.
** = Wallbug is an old source engine bug that lets you stick on to walls if you are pressing the right movement buttons and looking in a specific direction. The easiest form is looking straight down.
