It's a beginner/easy/intermediate soldier map with 32 jumps. Five of those jumps are bonuses. I made this map to learn how to use Hammer, so it has a bit of everything.

The two main courses (Beginner and Advanced) are supposed to teach jump skills that are usable in the actual game: Skips, speed shots, speed pogo, wall shots, ramp slides, etc. They include a few reskinned examples from real maps but mainly regular jump map jumps.
The third course is a "hidden" pogo mini course.
I also plan to add a fourth jurf course in a later version of the map.

Special thanks to Benroads, Behold the Robes, Jur and various other guys who tested some of the jumps or helped me with Hammer.

Version b3 Notes:
-Fixed a glass wall being non-solid (thanks to Sbt for telling me)
-Moved some QuBA backdoors to be less QuBAish
-Fixed the trapdoor in the badlands dropdown jump (it was teleporting you when you jumped against it)
-Added some jump numbers in the easy course
-Added an invisible wall at the last jump of the pogo mini course to prevent a (too easy) way to skip it

Nice work. This is a pretty fun map. Nice consistent texture themes, easy to figure out where you need to go, the badlands rollout window one is a little confusing at first, since it looks so different.  I guess it can be done multiple ways though, and it's clear at least the direction you should go in. 

I like that you have the harder full badwater end-to-end jump, rather than the jump_competitive one which is only up to the 2nd ramp.

How'd you make dev textured rocks?

I looked at the collision models of the props and remodeled them manually as brushes. That's probably a really bad way of doing it I guess.

Very well done map. I know this isn't exactly feedback, but I need some help with my map, jump_glue, because the control point will not capture. If you would be a sir and test this and tell me the problem, I would be grateful and I would put your name in the credits. Thanks.

Best map in game. No but seriously this map is one of my favorite jump maps ever, it's SO applicable to real gameplay. The JURF (advanced #3 I think) is tons of fun. The spiraling upwards pogo, while hard (for me), is hellishly fun. I love the way he puts actual maps to jump on (badwater, process, coldfront/warmfront, others), and the way that it teaches you rollouts and other important concepts is great. OVERALL it's an amazing map, with TONS of applicability to real gameplay. There's a way to get to mid from spawn on koth_harvest with 2 rockets (without stopping of course) which i think would be a great addition to the map, or maybe to your next map. Please keep making maps oatmeal, WE LOVE THEM.

The best map ever, without any doubt, is jump_oats. Not only are the jumps amazing, it delivers important themes about society and has a lot of symbols about religion. Pisses me off that people don't understand how beautiful this map is and I just want to punch them in the face.
