Lots of bug fixing, including the popularly requested !voteparty lives again!

We believe we have also fixed a very long standing RTV bug, which led to the Changing to None... messages and more. Please post here, !report or msg me if you still find issues with map changing or RTVing.

We have also been working on IRC, doing some major changes which mean it might see the light of day again.

IRC is live again, hopefully this time without causing stuttering to the server. Use !settings -> Chat first to enable IRC, then use !msg to chat

Wipe reverses by users has been disabled. Unfortunately they put too much stress on the database. Contact an admin if you need to reverse a wipe.

Can you just wipe times gotten while jumping was broken? Bit unfair to those who got sol time when demo was still broke or got demo times before the wipe but after the fix.

In-game changes have been quiet lately, but lots has been happening outside of Tempus game servers. We've automated server deployment, server updates and Tempus updates to help us manage the servers better, and potentially expand the network further.

That being said, a couple of in-game updates:
- User Permissions: Unranked users on advanced servers are no longer able to vote (Map Votes, RTVs, VEs, etc.). However, if there are no ranked players in the server, the user will gain temporary permissions
- Added !restricted to check if a user has voting powers or not.
- Map Videos and Screenshots: Big thanks to Peace and Seras for helping out here. We now have screenshots for all, and videos for most of the maps. These are mainly accessible in the !mapinfo -> extra info section
- Added !vid/!svid/!dvid commands to view a video for a map
- Added !clearmotd command to show a blank motd screen. This is in the case of people closing the map videos with the videos still going in the background.

Some of the screenshots will need updating (as I already know one that I've screwed up!), and we'll be looking to expand the list of map videos. Videos have been selected to show normal map completions, not speedruns, as this is most useful to new users.

Also Rob can you fix regen on US Advanced servers, +regen on baqu c4 isnt working properly on east, last time i checked it didnt either on west.

I'm planning on doing a map update next week when I have some days off work. Thanks for the suggestions. Jurf2 thread already says future changes will be coming, but I'll look into the others.

only when someone comes and messages me that something has gone horribly wrong
which no one has so i don't have the willpower to update jurf2 because there's nothing inherently wrong with the map other than >>cosmetic<< changes in which i don't really care at this point
