Hey there!

I've been working on jump_blossom for around 2 months now and it's finally completed. This map was an opportunity to learn Hammer as well as detail, which is the aspect I found most fun about it  ::). There were many problems along the way; from too many hunks  ;D to plenty of leaks.
But now, I am proud to present: jump_blossom_s3f!

In the last jump when you go trough either of holes you can shoot the floor there and get to the roof that is after the pipe where control point is, with one jump you are out of the map and can go around quite freely until you get stuck or hit area which teleports you back to the beginning of the jump. It's kinda fun to explore tho.

Be careful using the japanese theme props, especially the trees and roof tiles.  They're extremely expensive and people with lower end computers will struggle with fps in areas with a lot of those two props.

This is true, but they are prop_statics so they're relatively cheap anyway. Sorry to anyone who lags :(

Yeah sorry about that, its a mix between lots of props and not enough optimizing  :-\

on the fourth jump (the one after the first speedpogo) you can stand on the edge of the opposite wall and cheat the jump.

I added this to ECJump servers.

A majority of the beginner players seemed confused in where to go in the first area, especially around the side of the house. Perhaps consider adding more sense of direction. I saw the arrows, but was still confused the first-go.

The sync-strafe jump can be mildy annoying because of the height difference in the roof. I found myself hitting that edge with my head a lot.

I was able to get ontop of the house and trapped behind it. Maybe also consider adding invisible walls around the house so people cant jump on top of it.

I like what you've done with the map and it's fantastic to see creative input from the community. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the info but I think that I won't be updating the map for a while -  the packing side of things is very time consuming and I have moved onto a new map project which is very exciting for me. Hopefully its still acceptable to play on your servers :>
