Third person for demos

I am currently using "record" on offline mode to get my demos. I was wondering if there was another command that allowed me to view third person perspectives.

I guess I am asking if there is a way to record a demo and then view it from any perspective/angle. I want a demo similar to an stv, but I was not sure if it was possible to do on offline mode.

Before you make the server:
tv_enable 1
Then make the server.

For making the stv demo type:
tv_record "name"
tv_stoprecord

[ST]

Or use HLAE With a POV demo, it is more work, but also a lot better
