Hammer giving me system error

So I tried to run hammer today and got this error:

The program cant start because tier0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I tried to verify integrity and it didnt work. What do I do  :'(

Nope I thought there might be an easier solution rather than having to reinstall
