Jump IT / JuJump iT / Pyro Update Issues

Jumping around this morning the update seems to have screwed up jumpit and jujumpit.  Here's a list of what ain't working or what was changed:

Both:
Explosions still on
Damage noise still on
Re-sup noise still on
RTV not active
No map timelimits
Control points are not locked
JA is not active
critical hits are still on

Jujumpit:
Force Team is not active (i.e. everyone is forced Red).  This may be on Jumpit as well, but I couldn't test on klanana

Hopefully these are easy fixes.  It'd be nice to get no-spread turned on for the shotgun as well.

Bball iT / BBall iT STV

Can the BBalliT STV be connected to?  Every time I try I get a "server is full" message. 

Maybe the max players is set to 0?
